These Terms and Conditions govern your use of lefresh.store, a website operated by Le Fresh Store under the Le Fresh brand. By accessing the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
2. Store-specific catalogue, basket and orders
The website uses your selected delivery location to connect you with an active Le Fresh branch. Product prices and availability apply only to the displayed store. You may add multiple products and pack sizes to a basket. Stock is rechecked and deducted only when checkout succeeds and an order number is issued. An order can still be cancelled where fulfilment becomes impossible, an address is not serviceable, customer contact fails or suspected misuse is identified.
3. Product information
Fresh produce naturally varies in size, appearance, weight and ripeness. Photographs are representative. Actual supplied weight may vary within normal trade tolerances, and highly perishable items can become unavailable after being shown online. The assigned store will confirm any necessary substitution before fulfilment.
4. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business enquiries. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it abusively or use its content to misrepresent an association with Le Fresh Store.
5. Intellectual property
The Le Fresh name, logo, website design, original text and other brand materials belong to Le Fresh Store or their respective licensors. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.

We aim to synchronise branch stock and prices promptly, but fresh-produce availability can change between catalogue display and checkout. Checkout revalidates each item against the assigned store. To the extent permitted by law, Le Fresh Store is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
9. Checkout and payment
The current checkout creates a branch-assigned order and supports cash on delivery. Enter complete and accurate contact and delivery details. Online UPI or payment-gateway methods are not enabled unless explicitly shown at checkout. Applicable delivery, cancellation, return and refund terms will be shown or linked before additional payment methods are introduced.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts serving Puducherry.
