This Privacy Policy explains how Le Fresh Store, operating the Le Fresh brand and lefresh.store, handles personal information when you browse a store-specific catalogue, create an account, place an order, request delivery or contact us.
2. Information we may receive
We may receive your pincode, location coordinates when you expressly allow browser location access, selected Le Fresh store, basket contents, name, mobile number, email address, account credentials stored as a secure password hash, detailed delivery addresses, order notes, substitution preferences, purchases and order-status history. We may also receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and interaction time. Location coordinates are used to select a serviceable branch and are stored with an address only when that address is expressly saved with coordinates.
3. How we use information
We use information only where reasonably necessary to:
- choose the nearest active store that serves your location;
- show the correct branch prices, availability and basket;
- create customer accounts, save requested addresses and maintain order history;
- process, fulfil and support orders through the assigned store;
- operate, secure and improve our website;

- comply with applicable legal and accounting obligations.
4. Meta and WhatsApp services
If Le Fresh later enables Meta or WhatsApp integrations, those services may process account identifiers, phone numbers, messages, message status information and other data required to provide the requested communication. We will revise this policy with the final processing details before that functionality becomes available.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with hosting, communications, security or professional service providers acting on our behalf, or where disclosure is required by law. Providers are expected to process information only for the agreed purpose.
6. Cookies, local storage and retention
Necessary cookies keep your selected store, basket and signed-in session connected while you use the site. The selected outlet may be remembered for up to 180 days so returning customers are not repeatedly asked for location; the browser may also retain the same outlet code as a device preference. Account, order and transaction records are retained for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, accounting and applicable legal requirements. Other personal information is retained only while reasonably necessary for the stated purposes. Clearing browser data does not delete server-side account or order records; use the Data Deletion process for that request.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Your choices and rights
